Ten Ren'sSM Supreme Dragon Well consists of the finest quality Dragon Well Green tea available year round. TenTea's Supreme Dragon Well grade uses the most tender of leaves picked during very early spring. Great care is used during harvesting and processing so there are almost no broken or crushed leaves among the finished tea leaves.Upon tasting, one is met with a powerfully sharp taste and a pale green soup. The tase begins as flourishingly leafy and continues into a refreshingly crisp, bittersweet aftertaste.
Dragonwell tea is famous for its flat pointy shape and green color leaves. A steeping time of 2 to 4 minutes with about 70 degrees Celsisus or 160 degrees Fahreinheit is recommended, with an additional 15 seconds for each successive infusion. Use about 1 tablespoon (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 ml) of water. This tea may be infused 3 or more times. The use of a covered glass or ceramic cup is recommended for steeping in order to fully appreciate the tea leaves. Net weight is 4 ounces (113 g) and shipping weight 0.28 lb. Out of stock.
