Orders totaling $500 or more will require a signature confirmation.
Any shipping address corrections after the order has been shipped will cost a fee of $17.
Any unclaimed packages returned to sender will only be reimbursed for the cost of the tea, minus shipping costs.
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirmation and also another email providing the tracking information once the order is processed and shipped. Once the package ships out of our facility, please keep track of the package with the provided tracking number. Once the tracking information shows as "delivered" to the buyer's provided shipping address, we are not liable for any missing packages. In any case where the package goes missing, please check any areas where the package may be hidden or if any neighbors may have it. If the package is still missing, the buyer must contact the local courier to file a stolen package claim and/or file a police report. Ten Ren is only liable to compensate for damaged goods caused by courier upon receipt.
Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items, not the value of the order. The default shipping option is "Most Economical" which automatically calculates the most affordable shipping cost by comparing USPS Ground Advantage/Priority Mail from the Postal Service versus Ground rates from Fedex, UPS, and DHL. Customers may specify Ground Advantage/Priority Mail (takes 3-8 days) or FedEx Ground Shipping (takes 1-5 business days depending on location). For business accounts, we can bill to your shipping account number and waive the shipping charge.
Our international shipping charges are also based on the weight for the order. Any customs, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the international customer. More information for orders shipped outside of the United States is available below.
Our goal is to have our customers' orders processed and shipped by the second business day, but most orders ship out by the next business day.

For delivery by a certain date, we recommend the Fastest or 2nd Day Air. Ground Advantage / Priority Mail does not have firm delivery times which normally takes 3 to 8 days .
For Ground shipping: Since we ship from California, Ground shipments take 1 to 5 business days within the Continental U.S. For post office boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Territories, FPO and APO, only Priority Mail has affordable delivery.
For 2nd Day Air service option, we use FedEx Express for the continental U.S. and delivery is guaranteed for most locations. This service is not available for other areas outside of the continental U.S. 2nd Day Orders placed or processed on Thursday and Friday will arrive on Monday or Tuesday as regular FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends. Saturday Delivery Option is available but will cost additional and must be requested.
For the "Fastest" option, we use FedEx Standard Overnight service for the continental U.S. and USPS Express for all other areas. FedEx Overnight service is guaranteed for next day service for most locations. Orders placed or processed on Friday with the "Fastest" option will arrive the following Monday as regular FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends. Saturday Delivery Option is available but will cost additional and must be requested. USPS Express is the most affordable and fastest service for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Post Office boxes. This service is not available for US Territories, FPO, and APO.
Customers in the 48 contiguous states may choose from any of the shipping methods available.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: For faster shipping, orders placed with the “Fastest” option will be sent by Express Mail which takes approximately 2-3 business days. Orders placed with any other option will be sent via USPS Priority.
Post Office Boxes: For faster shipping, orders placed with the “Fastest” option will be sent by Express Mail which takes approximately 2-3 business days. Orders placed with any other option will be sent via USPS Priority.
FPO, APO, and other U.S. Territories: Priority mail is the only shipping option.
Due to COVID-19, delays are expected when shipping to our International customers as operations within customs has slowed down. We have seen an average of 2-3 weeks, but is slowly getting better. Thank you for understanding.
For most international customers, Global Express shipping charges will automatically be calculated for the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Cayman Island, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guadalupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macau, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherland, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Venezuela, and Yemen. USPS Global Express takes approximately 3-5 business days if there no customs delays.
For some international customers, if the shipping charge does not appear upon checkout, then your shipping charge will be manually calculated. Upon receiving the order, we will calculate exact shipping charges, email the customer, and await for confirmation. Upon receiving the confirmation for the order and shipping charges, we will then process and ship the order.
Any customs, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the international customer. Package may be held at customs and is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.
For customers in Canada, orders shipped with the "Most Economical" option will be sent USPS First Class International which takes approximately 4-7 days if there are no customs delays, but is less expensive than the USPS Priority International option.
Orders shipped with "Fastest" and "2nd Day Air" option or weighing 4 lbs or more will be processed to ship via USPS Priority International.
A packing slip without any pricing information is automatically included instead of an invoice when the "bill to" person is different from the "ship to" person or if there is a gift message.
