Royal Dragonwell consists of the finest quality Dragon Well Green tea available year round. This tea has the most tender of leaves picked during the very early spring harvest. Great care is used during harvesting and processing so there are few broken or crushed leaves. A steeping time of 2 to 4 minutes with about 70 degrees Celsisus or 160 degrees Fahreinheit is recommended, with an additional 15 seconds for each successive infusion. Use about 1 tablespoon (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 ml) of water. This tea may be infused 3 or more times. The use of a covered glass or ceramic cup is recommended for steeping in order to fully appreciate the tea leaves. Net weight is 4 ounces (113 g) and shipping weight 0.49 lb. |
